The attacks occurred during firefighting at a private residential building in the Synelnykove district, which had caught fire from earlier Russian shelling. After completing the work, the emergency personnel were fired upon again on their way back to base – this time targeting the fire truck.
According to authorities, there were no casualties. The rescuers were able to complete their mission despite the repeated attacks.
