According to the Süddeutsche Zeitung, the 76-year-old Gauweiler has taken on the task of challenging the termination of the cooperation contract by TSV 1860 Munich on behalf of Ismaik’s company HAM. He demands the continuation of the joint operating company, a professional football KGaA.
This KGaA is threatened with insolvency because, due to the contract termination, it no longer holds a playing license and has thus lost its business basis. The dispute between the investor and the parent club is therefore escalating further.
