He will either make a good deal or no deal at all,” Rubio said. He also stressed that the Strait of Hormuz must remain open — “one way or another.”
Donald Trump had earlier said that enriched uranium held by Iran could be destroyed inside the country under the supervision of an international nuclear agency. He also said any deal should require certain regional states to sign the Abraham Accords. Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu threatened to “crush” Hezbollah in Lebanon.
