Teams that have been playing together for years gathered on the pitch of the FC Hettenshausen sports complex. The tournament format was dynamic and demanding: 9-minute matches left no room for a slow start — every single episode was decisive.

FC KARS had to face serious opponents: SG Hettenshausen/Ilmmünster, ST Scheyern, TSV Ingolstadt-Unsernherrn, and SV Oberstimm. And while the German clubs might have had an advantage in experience, the Ukrainian boys matched them entirely in dedication. The defeat to TSV Reichertshausen was the only major test, but even in this game, the team showed a character that is valued in football far higher than any numbers on the scoreboard.

Today, football has become something bigger than just a sport for these boys. It is a way to adapt to a new country, to find their \\\”own\\\” people here, and to feel the support of the team both on and off the pitch.

The tournament in Hettenshausen showed that FC KARS has excellent potential. Three wins at this level are a strong signal that diligent training and team spirit bring results. The coaching staff notes that this was an invaluable experience for the young footballers, which will give them confidence ahead of their upcoming matches.

The main thing the boys took away from this day was not just medals, but a sense of camaraderie. FC KARS continues its journey, and a performance like this is the best proof that a united team is capable of achieving great things.
