Writing on Telegram, Hryhorov said the strike targeted a civilian facility where children trained daily. No staff were injured, he added.

The drone hit the stable, killing three horses and sparking a fire that was later extinguished. Sumy’s acting mayor, Artem Kobzar, said the attack was carried out by a Geran-2 drone, which damaged the stable building.

Hryhorov stressed that the Russians deliberately struck a civilian target. Local news site Kordon.Media published photos of the destruction. The attack occurred shortly after midnight.
