The US Embassy in Ukraine on Tuesday rejected media reports that it plans to leave Kyiv after Russian threats. The embassy said the claim is not true and that the diplomatic mission continues to operate from the capital.
At the same time, US diplomats reiterated their security warning to American citizens, urging them to refrain from traveling to Ukraine. The warning comes amid ongoing Russian attacks on the country.
EU foreign ministers are currently discussing further aid for Ukraine on Cyprus, as EuroPulse reported on May 28 (link).
