The Tate Modern in London opens the exhibition ‘Frida: The Making of an Icon’ on June 25. It shows more than 30 portraits of the Mexican artist as well as over 200 works by contemporary artists inspired by Kahlo. The show runs until January 3, 2027, and traces Kahlo’s journey from her beginnings to a global brand.

On June 26, the blockbuster ‘Supergirl’ hits cinemas. Milly Alcock plays Kara Zor-El, whose dog Krypto is poisoned by space pirates. The plot recalls ‘John Wick’ – revenge and a cure are at the center.

Already on June 22, ‘House of the Dragon’ returned with its third season on Max. The series continues the Targaryen civil war ‘Dance of the Dragons’. Fans can expect large-scale battles and impressive dragons.
