The video looks like satire but is apparently meant seriously. Deutsche Bahn (DB) published a clip on social media intended to counter the eternal comparison with the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB). Instead, the company drew mockery and scorn.
The contrast between DB and SBB could hardly be greater: passengers can almost blindly rely on the Swiss railway, where delays are considered collector’s items. In Germany, by contrast, travelers are often happy just to reach their destination at all. The video was meant to correct this perception but clearly missed its target.
