According to Ukrainska Pravda, Pakistan has granted Iran access to its military bases to shield itself from possible US airstrikes. This decision contradicts Pakistan's public stance as a mediator between Tehran and Washington. News reports that Iranian forces have stationed several of their aircraft, including a modified Lockheed C-130 Hercules, at Nur Khan Air Base near Rawalpindi.

This base is considered strategically important and could not go unnoticed. A senior Pakistani official firmly denied reports of Iranian military use of the base, emphasizing that it is located in the city center and that the aircraft stationed there cannot be hidden from the public.

Tensions between the US and Iran persist as Tehran outlines conditions for a ceasefire, including recognition of its sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz and the lifting of all sanctions.
