A six-month-old baby was killed in a Ukrainian drone attack on the Moscow region, according to Russian authorities. A drone set a residential building on fire in the town of Yegoryevsk, 100 kilometers southeast of the capital, Moscow region Governor Andrei Vorobyov said on social media. The injured child died on the way to the hospital.
Vorobyov wrote that 60 drones were shot down or electronically disabled over locations around the capital. Russia’s Defense Ministry said that nationwide, 419 Ukrainian drones were intercepted overnight into Tuesday. In the Belgorod region, which borders Ukraine, a man was killed and four people were injured in a drone attack, according to local officials.
