Denmark’s Mette Frederiksen announced the formation of a left-centrist coalition government on Monday. The agreement came several months after the parliamentary elections, according to Ukrainska Pravda, citing Frederiksen’s announcement.
Frederiksen thus remains at the head of the Danish government. The new coalition consists of left-wing and centrist parties. Frederiksen is internationally regarded as a firm supporter of Ukraine in its defensive war against Russia’s aggression.
