Concerns among European allies regarding the viability of the American arms delivery program to Ukraine are rising. According to Ukrainska Pravda, ten European and American diplomats and officials have reported that the US government under Donald Trump has not delivered any weapons intended for Ukraine since the onset of attacks on Iran.

European countries acquiring American weapons for Ukraine under the "Prioritized Ukraine Requirements List" (PURL) initiative fear that the lack of US weapons, which is already affecting their own orders, could also lead to delays in deliveries to Ukraine. This initiative was launched last summer to ensure the provision of weapons that can only be supplied by the US Department of Defense.

An anonymous European official expressed that some European capitals have become more skeptical about the program in recent months and are even hesitant to allocate new funds. "Europeans are hesitant due to growing distrust and uncertainty about the whereabouts of the funds," the official said.
