Iran’s leadership has announced the exact dates for the funeral of the killed Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, according to Deutschlandfunk. The ceremony is scheduled for July 9.
Ali Khamenei is the political and religious leader of the predominantly Shia Iran. Since the Islamic Revolution of 1979, Iran has been ruled authoritatively by a religious leader and is a state in the Middle East.
