Pop musician Madonna has released a new music video titled ‘Confessions II’. As reported by the FAZ, the clip is nearly 14 minutes long and features numerous stars and cameo appearances. The video continues Madonna’s familiar pattern of provocation.
The clip includes supermodels Kate Moss and Sabrina Carpenter, musician Bad Bunny, and actors Julia Garner and Benedict Cumberbatch. Madonna’s daughter Lourdes Leon also makes a brief appearance. The video contains references to Hollywood classics such as ‘Basic Instinct’ and ‘Matrix’, as well as to Madonna’s own earlier videos.
The video was directed by the duo TORSO (David Toro and Solomon Chase). It is a medley of tracks from Madonna’s new album ‘Confessions’, which is set to be released on July 3. The images end after about ten minutes, with the rest being an elaborate credits sequence.
