According to Deutschlandfunk, demonstrators gathered in Tirana to protest against the construction project by US investor Jared Kushner. Kushner, the son-in-law of US Donald Trump, is planning a luxury real estate project on Albania’s Adriatic coast.
The demonstrators waved Albanian flags and voiced their displeasure with the project. Details on the scope and exact location of the project, as well as the number of participants, were not initially disclosed.
