Oliver Tree, one of the most original pop stars of recent years, died in a helicopter crash in Brazil. Five other people also lost their lives. The singer was only 32 years old. He had several concerts scheduled in Bavaria in September.

The musician was known for his unmistakable look with a bowl cut and colorful clothes. His song “Life Goes On” has been streamed over 700 million times on Spotify. In Germany, he became known mainly through the collaboration “Miss You” with Robin Schulz.

Oliver Tree was extremely present on TikTok and understood how to turn himself into an art figure. He shot bizarre videos, for example with an oversized scooter, and viewed marketing as an art form. Colleagues described him as a lovable person who wanted to pass on his fortune to artists after his death.

EuroPulse reported on June 15, 2026, about the concert by Mike Skinner (The Streets) in Berlin, where the British musician was carried on the hands of fans: The Streets in Berlin: Mike Skinner lets himself be carried on hands.
