Robert “Madyar” Brody, commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces for unmanned systems, has proposed the introduction of a new target for drone crews. This so-called “Standard 10” formula stipulates that each crew should eliminate ten Russian soldiers each month. Brody stated that this would enable the Ukrainian forces to significantly increase Russian losses.
Currently, the average count per drone crew is about three confirmed targets per month. However, Brody emphasized that some units, such as the “Phoenix” unit of the border guard, are already achieving impressive counts of 22.3, while the 414th Brigade, known as “Madyar’s Birds,” even reaches 30.6 counts per crew.
This new strategy could be implemented without additional resources, as it merely requires an adjustment of the operational rhythm. Brody is convinced that the Ukrainian forces can surpass Russian losses, which would significantly hinder the mobilization of the Russian army.
