Ukrainian forces carried out an attack on the Ryazan oil refinery, owned by the state company Rosneft, on the night of May 15. This refinery is one of the most powerful in Russia, primarily producing fuel for export. The attack resulted in a large-scale fire on the premises, with the exact impact currently being assessed.
According to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, multiple drone strikes have previously targeted the Ryazan refinery, which produces aviation fuel, diesel, and fuel for the Russian army.
Additionally, the General Staff reported further attacks, including one on a coastal technical reconnaissance post of the Russian FSB in Mariupol, where a radar system and an optoelectronic module were damaged.
