The sanctions list includes 127 members of the Russian military involved in missile strikes on Ukrainian cities. The attack on the Okhmatdyt children’s hospital in Kyiv, which killed or wounded numerous civilians, is particularly highlighted.
In a separate sanctions package, 29 vessels were also sanctioned, which, according to Ukrainian sources, transport military cargo for Russia’s war effort. The measures are part of Kyiv’s ongoing efforts to hold those responsible for war crimes accountable.
