President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has enacted sanctions against 127 Russian commanders responsible for thousands of missile strikes on Ukraine, the presidential office announced.

Zelenskyy implemented the decision of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC), as reported by 24tv. The sanctions target Russian commanders involved in missile strikes on Ukrainian cities. Individuals linked to Russia’s so-called shadow fleet are also affected.

The list includes 127 names. The commanders are responsible for thousands of missile strikes against civilian and military targets in Ukraine. The specific sanctions measures have not been disclosed in detail.
