According to Ukrainska Pravda, Sybiha was responding to a warning from the US Embassy in Kyiv, which on Saturday evening cautioned of a possible massive Russian air strike within the next 24 hours. The minister stressed that sympathy alone is not enough: “It is time for our partners to turn their solidarity with Ukraine into concrete actions.”
Sybiha called on allies to inform Moscow, both publicly and through closed channels, of the price Russia would pay for such an attack. “The warning must be heard in Moscow, not in Kyiv and not for foreigners,” he said. Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that intelligence from the US and Europe indicated Russia may be preparing an attack using the Oryeshnyk missile, including against Kyiv.
