Ukraine is deliberately attacking Russian supply routes to Crimea, according to Spiegel, citing Ukrainian military data. The result is fuel shortages on the peninsula, which Russia has occupied since 2014.

At the same time, authorities in Dnipro and Kyiv are reporting rising casualty numbers after Russian missile attacks. In Kyiv, a 24-story residential building was hit, as Tagesspiegel reports. The exact number of victims has not yet been confirmed.
