Due to an emergency at the Odesa thermal power plant, subscribers in the central part of the city and several transport companies have been left without electricity, the city administration reported. The work is expected to be completed by the end of the day. The Odesa regional military administration added that Russia continues to attack civilian infrastructure in the south of the Odesa region. In particular, a residential sector in the Izmail district was damaged in an attack. A private house and an outbuilding caught fire after a strike. There were no casualties.
