A Russian drone struck a multi-story residential building in Kharkiv, causing a fire and injuring several people, local authorities said.

Russian forces continued their massive drone attack on Kharkiv. In the city’s industrial district, a drone hit a multi-story residential building, sparking a fire. According to Mayor Ihor Terekhov and Oblast Military Administration head Oleh Syniehubov, there were casualties.

Syniehubov specified that three women aged 23, 27, and 77 were injured. Later, another woman was added with an acute stress reaction. Emergency services are on site. Starting at 9 a.m., Russian drones targeted the Nemyshlia, Kyiv, Shevchenko, and Industrial districts. In Nemyshlia, a drone struck a car, and three people suffered acute stress reactions. In the Kyiv district, a drone also hit a vehicle but caused no injuries.

The total number of injured in Kharkiv rose to seven, according to authorities. Rescue services are extinguishing the fires. The air raid alert in the region continues.
