President Volodymyr Zelensky condemned Russia for starting the day not with remembrance but with new, unjustified attacks.

In the Sumy region, a Russian drone killed a boy, his father, and his grandmother. The mother and two siblings were injured. Two more people were killed in Zaporizhzhia, while attacks were also reported in the Odesa, Kherson, Donetsk, and Kharkiv regions. Energy infrastructure was damaged in the Chernihiv region.

Zelensky again called for increased pressure on Russia to bring the aggressor to a point where it has no options left but diplomacy to end the war.
