Ukrainian forces have attacked two oil refineries on Russian territory, according to official statements from Kyiv.
In response to the attacks, Russia is considering restricting its fuel exports.
Meanwhile, Poland is growing increasingly concerned about possible Russian incursions along NATO’s eastern flank. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky also stated that he had submitted a peace proposal to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
