The new regulation allows pharmacies to assist patients in using video consultations. The pharmacy digital company GEDISA and the telemedicine provider Arztkonsultation have announced a partnership to provide pharmacies with a joint digital solution.

The agreement does not prescribe a specific technical solution. Accordingly, various providers are bringing different solutions to the market – from tablet-based workstations to consultation terminals and enclosed telemedicine cabins.
