241 Combat Engagements at the Front: Ukraine Repels Russian Attacks

Ukrainska Pravda reports, citing the General Staff, that on June 11 there were 241 combat engagements with Russian troops. Ukrainian defenders repelled most attacks on the Pokrovsk and Huliaipole directions.

Ukraine’s General Staff recorded 241 combat engagements with Russian occupiers on June 11. According to Ukrainska Pravda, Russia used one missile, 116 air strikes with 317 guided bombs, over 10,000 kamikaze drones, and 3,528 shellings. The highest activity was reported on the Pokrovsk and Huliaipole directions.

On the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian units repelled 47 attacks; on the Huliaipole direction, they stopped 20 assault attempts. On Thursday, the Ukrainian air force, missile troops, and artillery struck 17 areas where Russian soldiers were concentrated, as well as three artillery systems. Fighting took place near the settlements of Satyshok, Novooleksandrivka, Muravka, Hryshyne, Kotlyne, Udachne, and toward Novyi Donbas, Bilytske, Shevchenko, Dorozhnie, Vilne, and Novopavlivka.

In the north and east of the country, Russia launched further air strikes and artillery attacks. On the Kupiansk direction, defenders stopped two enemy attempts to advance near Bohuslavka and Kivsharivka. The situation remains tense, and Ukrainian forces hold their positions.
