The re-elected CDU state chairman Daniel Peters wants to set economic and social policy priorities in the remaining weeks of the state election campaign in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. As Peters told NDR, the areas of economy, healthcare, education, and internal security are at the center of his campaign.
The people in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern are longing for a substantive debate, the CDU leader emphasized. Peters was recently confirmed in office and now wants to score points with concrete political proposals instead of focusing on personnel debates.
