DFB leadership reportedly urges Nagelsmann to resign

The top officials of the German Football Association (DFB) have reportedly urged national coach Julian Nagelsmann to resign, according to a report by the Bild newspaper following a three-hour meeting at the DFB campus in Frankfurt am Main.

According to the Bild newspaper, a three-hour summit took place at the DFB campus in Frankfurt am Main, during which the leadership advised the 38-year-old to step down.

Nagelsmann has asked for time to consider, the report says. Neither the DFB nor the coach have issued an official statement so far.
