FC Liverpool have parted ways with manager Arne Slot. According to Deutschlandfunk, Slot won the league with Liverpool last season. This season, however, the team fell short of expectations both domestically and in Europe.
Slot took over the club in 2024 and won the Premier League title in his first year. The current campaign proved disappointing for the Reds, ultimately leading to his dismissal. A successor has not yet been named.
