The Ukrainian government will continue disbursing state aid for internally displaced persons (IDPs) in July 2026. Payments are made in two tranches as usual: by the 15th and by the 28th of the month. The exact arrival in accounts depends on processing times by the treasury and banks, according to Cabinet Resolution No. 709.

Monthly rates remain unchanged: adults receive 2,000 hryvnias, families with children and people with disabilities receive 3,000 hryvnias. Support for the most vulnerable groups is limited to 30 months from the initial application.

Those who have changed their place of residence or family composition must appear in person at the Pension Fund or a citizen service center. The same applies to first-time applications for child aid, rejected applicants who want to reapply after income verification, and those seeking reassessment due to changed property circumstances. The income threshold is 10,380 hryvnias per person.

Timely data updates are crucial for uninterrupted receipt of aid. Only this way can delays be avoided and funds be directed to those most in need.
