The 23-year-old left-back is expected to sign a contract until 2031 after passing the medical. The transfer package is reportedly around €55 million. Eintracht Frankfurt had initially demanded more than €60 million.
Brown made his national team debut under head coach Julian Nagelsmann in October. After five international appearances, he earned a spot in the World Cup starting lineup. The German national team was eliminated in the round of 16 against Paraguay on penalties.
