The 51-year-old Austrian would succeed Portuguese manager Vítor Pereira at the club that finished 16th in the league last season, though Nottingham has yet to part ways with Pereira.
Glasner, who won the Europa League with Eintracht Frankfurt in 2022, most recently managed Crystal Palace. He led the London club to victory in the Conference League in May but decided not to extend his contract.
Following Germany’s elimination from the World Cup, Glasner has also been mentioned as a candidate to replace Julian Nagelsmann should the German Football Association part ways with the national team coach.
