Mayor Noosha Aubel (independent) is pushing forward the digitalization of the city administration. According to the city hall, roughly one in ten services is now bookable digitally – from a home PC or smartphone.
The figures are based on a response from the city administration to a query by the CDU parliamentary group in the city council.
