According to Mayor Vitali Klitschko, damage was recorded in at least two districts of the city. In the Podilskyi district, a residential building was partially destroyed, Klitschko said on his Telegram channel. People are trapped on the seventh to ninth floors. A garage complex was also hit by debris.
In the Holosiivskyi district, several non-residential buildings, including a warehouse, caught fire, Klitschko reported. Another residential building in the Podilskyi district was damaged by falling debris. In the Bucha region, three people were injured and taken to hospitals, according to Mykola Kalashnyk, head of the Kyiv regional military administration.
Military observer Bohdan Myroshnykov said Russia fired about 15 ballistic missiles of the Iskander, Zircon, and S-400 types at the Ukrainian capital within ten minutes. The Russian army also used drones.
