The Russian armed forces continue to plan attacks on so-called “decision centers” in the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv. According to a new analytical report from the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), Ukrainian intelligence has received documents that include a list of about 20 objects considered potential targets for these attacks.
These objects include buildings frequently visited by high-ranking officials, as well as underground bunkers and administrative buildings of the Presidential Office. The documents also contain plans and images of these facilities, indicating comprehensive preparations for the attacks.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the Russian side is actively scouting potential targets in the capital and its surroundings. These activities may have been intensified by geopolitical developments, such as the recent tensions in the Middle East.
