Russian troops struck the outskirts of Sumy with two guided aerial bombs on the morning of June 18, killing a 64-year-old man who was fishing at the time, according to Oleh Hryhorov, head of the Oblast Military Administration.
Police found the man’s body after his relatives reported him missing. Hryhorov urged residents to observe the curfew and stay in safe places during threats.
