On May 13, Russia conducted an airstrike on a residential building in the Rivne region, leading to three fatalities and four injuries. Oleksandr Kowal, the governor of the region, reported the attacks on civilian infrastructure and urged residents to stay in shelters.
Initial reports indicated two deaths, but Kowal later confirmed that the number of victims had risen to three. He emphasized that airstrikes on the region continue.
Additionally, in a separate incident on the same day, a 76-year-old man was killed by a Russian attack in the Zaporizhzhia district. These attacks highlight the ongoing threat posed by Russian forces in Ukraine.
