Russia carried out a ballistic missile attack on the city of Pryluky in Oblast on Tuesday morning. Four people were killed and at least 30 others were wounded. Two more people died in a drone attack on Hlukhiv in Oblast.

Among the dead in Pryluky is a 15-year-old boy who was near the Epitsentr hardware store at the time of the attack and was fatally hit by shrapnel. Oblast Governor Vyacheslav Chaus said an industrial facility was struck. A shopping center, a supermarket, and fire trucks were also damaged.

The missile impact sparked a fire on the roof of the Epitsentr store. Damage also occurred on the grounds of a nearby disused factory. Rescue workers are on the scene, and the wounded are receiving medical care.
