According to the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, Russian forces attacked a passenger car with a drone around 7:30 a.m., killing both occupants. Investigators are documenting the aftermath and collecting evidence of a war crime.
The previous day, on July 8, Russian drones struck a car and a minibus in Kherson’s Korabelny district, killing one woman and injuring nine others.
