Russian forces attacked the port city of Odesa with combat drones on June 23. The strike hit the city’s coastal area. A 26-year-old woman was killed, and a 39-year-old man sustained injuries and is receiving medical care, according to Oleh Kiper, head of the regional military administration.
Kiper expressed condolences to the victim’s family. Emergency services are working at the scene. Information about possible additional casualties is still being verified, he said.
