According to preliminary information, the Russian forces used a reactive unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in the attack. A multi-story residential building was damaged. Emergency services are on site.
Sumy, located in northeastern Ukraine near the border with Russia, is repeatedly targeted by Russian attacks.
