In the attacks on Sunday, May 31, the Russian army used a mix of FPV kamikaze drones, Molniya-2 loitering munitions, and Geran-2 attack drones (Shahed-type). In Dnipro, a direct hit struck Nova Poshta branch No. 1. The building burned down completely, but the company confirmed on Telegram that no staff were injured or killed.

Nova Poshta said backup systems had been activated and logistics restructured. “No delivery delays are expected. As always, the company will compensate customers for the declared value of destroyed shipments,” an official statement said. The company is already contacting customers.

In Slovyansk, Donetsk region, Russian forces attacked the city six times within 24 hours. According to Vadym Lyakh, head of the Slovyansk military administration, a Nova Poshta branch and a gas station were hit. A seven-year-old boy and his mother sustained injuries.

The attacks are part of a systematic destruction of Ukraine’s civilian infrastructure. Nova Poshta, the country’s largest private postal and logistics company, has been repeatedly targeted by Russian strikes in recent months.
