24tv.ua reports that the Commander-in‑Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Syrskyj, has signed a decree instituting mandatory rotation of soldiers serving at the front.

The decree stipulates that commanders must ensure soldiers remain in their positions for up to two months and are then relieved and replaced.

In the report, an officer (a captain in the Armed Forces of Ukraine) said he has doubts and questions about the availability of personnel for the necessary replacements.
