TSV 1860 Munich did not receive a license for the 3. Liga and is therefore facing forced relegation to the Regionalliga once again. According to BR24Sport, club icon Daniel Bierofka reacted with harsh words and deep disappointment to the decision.
Bierofka, who played for and coached the Lions for many years, told the broadcaster he was stunned by the turn of events. The forced relegation marks another low point in the recent history of the traditional Munich club.
