According to Ukrinform, a representative of the Dutch Ministry of Defense said in an interview: ‘I think that Ukraine is currently causing Russia very tangible damage and creating serious problems.’ He emphasized that in any war, not only the number of destroyed equipment or enemy losses matters, but above all the will to fight.
The war ends when one side no longer has the will or ability to fight. Therefore, Ukraine must maintain pressure until Moscow’s will to continue the war wanes. The key question is when the Russian leadership will reach this limit and realize that continuing the war is futile.
The Netherlands had previously handed over further military aid to Ukraine, including over 60 Toyota Hilux pickups and modern drone systems, as Ukrinform added.
