Ukraine attacked a student dormitory in the Russian-occupied city of Starobilsk in Luhansk with drones, Euronews reports. Four people were killed and at least 35 others injured in the attack.
At the same time, Russian drones struck residential areas in the southern Ukrainian city of Kherson. The source did not provide further details on casualties or damage there.
