According to the governor of Perm Krai, several drones were intercepted by Russian air defense and mobile firefighting groups. No casualties were reported in the initial assessment. Authorities declared “drone danger” and “carpet” alert levels in the region.

Ukrainian outlet Exilenova+ reports that the AKM chemical complex in the city of Gubakha was struck. The facility produces ammonia, carbamide, and melamine, with a daily capacity of nearly 900 tons of ammonia and over 1,600 tons of carbamide.

The attack is part of a series of Ukrainian drone strikes on Russian industrial sites. Just days earlier, an oil terminal in Novorossiysk caught fire.
