The paper contains concrete plans for relief on income tax, stabilization of pension contributions, and reform of sick notes. The coalition aims to implement key campaign promises while making the social systems fit for the future.

According to information obtained by WELT, the plans include higher allowances and a new tax rate structure for income tax. For pensions, the contribution rate is to be capped in the long term, while sick notes are to be digitized and made less bureaucratic.

The document is exclusively available to WELT and will be published in full there. The exact resolutions are to be introduced to the Bundestag in the coming weeks.
